The result of the tests on new plastic materials available for the knob Combina has been absolutely positive and it passed the exam with the best possible mark: zero, that is to say, a result that grants the perfect inactivity and biostaticity, in accordance to the relative EN ISO 846:1997 regulations.

This is the birth of the first antibacterial Combina knobset: ideal for all those common places – not only hospitals, but also retirement homes, nurseries and schools – where hygiene and prevention on the transmission of potential pathogen microorganism plays a determinant rule.

As it has been demonstrated that the handles, such as many other objects that much people commonly touch, are potential carriers for the transmission of bacteria, having a perfectly inert knobset can offer a better defence.

 

Absolutely similar in the design and in functions to all other examples of Combina knobsets, the new antibacterial model will be available in the combination: clear grey (body) – white (push button).
